The best place to enjoy a full moon rising in Texas? Our front yard. No kidding. Back in 1997, Gene and I headed to Fulton Beach to watch the full moon rising over the water. It’s one of my favorite pastimes. While down here, we happened upon an old dilapidated and uninhabited vintage 1940’s style tourist court that ran along Prairie Rd down out to the water.
